LZ Bone here again to bring you one of his classic favorites, BBQ Pulled Pork! And this ain’t some ordinary, run of the mill recipe, this one makes your pulled pork soft, tender and finger lickin’ good.
1 Boston Butt 3-5 lbs
1 Can of beer
2 TBS Nature’s Seasoning or salt and pepper, to taste
1 pack of your favorite sandwich buns
1 Jar of Lazy Bones BBQ Sauce
This ol’ recipe can be prepared on low in your oven or on low in a crock pot. Pick your method, both ways come out tasting great!
1. Place roast in pot. Pour in half the beer. Top with onion and seasons. Pour half the jar of Lazy Bones Sauce on top.
2. Cover tightly w/ foil and bake @ 275 for roughly 6 hours or on low in your crock pot. Stir half way through to mix up all those yummy flavors.
3. As it reaches the last hour of cooking, remove the cover and pull any fat or bones out of the pot and take a fork and “pull the pork” apart. It should just fall apart nice and easy. If not, cover and cook a little longer.
4. Add the rest of the sauce, saving some to spoon on or dip your own sandwich in!
